My websites are created by typing XHTML and CSS 3 code line-by-line. PHP code is used for dynamic templates to allow for simplified site updates.
Easy to update.
Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Wordpress, allow you to edit and update your site without knowing HTML code. Prefer to have me manage your site updates? That works too.
User friendly.
My belief is that products and services should be presented in a simple and straightforward way. A good design should make it easy to find and read key points quickly and easily.
